Newlands Primary Academy was subject to a pre-opening inspection in May 2025.  Following this inspection, a recommendation was made to the Department for Education that the school would be ready to open in September 2025 because it would meet the independent school standards. 

The school will be subject to a full inspection when it is open and families will be advised about this when the school receive notification.
